As you've pointed out, they account for 27% of arrests. This means that they are, in fact, MORE likely to be arrested than white people (again, regardless of crime committing rates).

2018年3月7日 · It's all on a hard wired NUC as is the Roku. The other day I had a rather large movie file (10GB) and when I played it on Plex it loaded to 13% and no further. Usually the files are around 1-3 MB. I've seen this before with large files. It will freeze at 13% or buffer severely during playback. I also use Sonarr but never have the issue with it.
