2018年4月27日 · The number of 131s have decreased with the fielding of the Q-53 which has replaced the Q-36 and Q-37, and with the deactivation of Targeting Batteries/Fires Brigades. There's only a slot for one 131A per FA BN, and one maybe two at the BDE/DIVARTY level. It is much more cutthroat to make CW3 than it was about 5 years ago.

2017年3月28日 · Actually I just looked it up on FMSWeb, they are actually coded to specific MOS's. So yes Drill Sergeant is MOS immaterial but it's not coded that way. Anything outside of nominative positions won't be MOS immaterial since just due to the way requisitions for the enlisted side go. There's no 01A or 02A equivalent for enlisted.

2023年12月23日 · As a previous 11C, there’s no way I’d go 131A without, at minimum, ALC/SLC and IMLC complete. Our state has a 131A opening and they’re struggling to find qualified soldiers. You can go onto USAREC’s website for the 131A prereq’s for 131A for the reserve/National Guard side and it’s not too difficult.
