I'd say it depends on bodyfat, but anywhere from 145-155lbs with no more than 17% bodyfat seems ideal. I lift a decent bit, so my ideal body weight might not be the same as yours. But body fat percentage is a better indicator. Ideal would be shredded, but target for daily life is enough to see the outline of your 4 or 6-pack if you flex.
