NCOER Duty Descriptions for MOS 14H, Air Defense Enhanced Early Warning System Operator

The Army MOS 14H is an Air Defense Enhanced Early Warning System Operator. This entry-level position requires soldiers to be alert, quick thinking, and attentive. They use advanced equipment to communicate data about possible incoming threats.

The Army 14H MOS is a new military occupational specialty that was split off the 14J MOS. The primary job is to supervise the operation and maintenance of Patriot air defense systems. Normally working in joint functions, the job is to neutralize enemies air targets.

As 14H (Air Defense Enhanced Early Warning Operator) is a newly established MOS, not all of the enlistment requirements are known at this time. However, since the MOS was split from 14J, the requirements should be very similar in nature.
