2025年2月12日 · A circa 1790-1810 British Sgts spontoon. Only one I’ve seen outside of a museum. And I’ve only found a couple in British auction houses. I scraped down a white ash shaft for it and made a shoe for the bottom of the shaft. This was found nailed to the inside of an old barn door in Pictou NS. Great find.
