The 18th CONS provides contracting support and business advice to the 18th Wing, associate units, and all other Department of Defense (DoD) activities on Okinawa, including DoD Dependent Schools and the Defense Commissary Agency, through the issuance of various construction, service, commodity and utility contracts valued at $300 million annually.
