The Ford Model F is an automobile produced by Ford. It was a development of the Model A and Model C, but was larger, more modern, and more luxurious. Production started in 1905 and ended in 1906 after about 1,000 were made. It was built at the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant.

Ford's Model F continued a direct evolution from the original Model A. The two-cylinder engine was still mounted under the front seat, but a false hood was added to the front to copy European cars of the time. At $1,000, the Model F was Ford's mid-price offering, falling between the two-cylinder Model C and the four-cylinder Model B.

Model C had a longer wheelbase than the earlier Model A. Built at the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant, it was the entry-level car in the Ford model lineup, slotting below the upscale Model B. Production ended in 1905 with approximately 1,000 cars produced (Canada production included).

Ford Motor Company's Model B was a significant technological advancement over its predecessor, the 1903 Model A. The B's longitudinal engine sat up front, and power reached the rear wheels via a driveshaft rather than a chain. The Model B also had a considerably higher price tag -- $2,000 versus $850 for the Model A.

Although he had a four-cylinder car in the range, Ford was not done yet with the twin-cylinder engine, and introduced a final derivative – the Model F – in 1905. Larger and more luxurious than it predecessors, the Model F was powered by a 16hp engine and carried four-seater phaeton coachwork as standard.
