Our Flagship Beer: Kölsch style brewed with wild honey gathered from bees in the foothills of Mt. Rainier. ABV: 6.8% IBU: 22. Already a crowd favorite, our tribute to a famous local Wallaby. Very hoppy (Like Wally), & lots of floral and tropical hop aroma, a nice balance of malts, leaving you with a citrus finish. ABV=6.2% IBU =55.
