2010年7月21日 · Bought this car, my first 911, last June, it was original a yellow narrowbody 74 targa. When I got it someone had gone through it, welded the steel turbo arches on, as well as a bunch of goodies, and a 3.0L. It wasn't fully together, so I got it back on the rd, and drove it for the rest of last year. Then this winter I started to tear into it.

2005年5月6日 · From what I have read and learned over the years, the option for a soft/foldable rear targa window ended in 1972. I do not know if any were actually manufactured in 1972. I have seen two 911's with that option that were manufactured in 1971. My Irish Green 911E was manufactured in November of 1969, to be sold in 1970.

2007年6月20日 · Today I had a Porsche guy look at my 1970, 911T for rust repair to the floor pan (area around the pedals and along the pass door), well he told me the torsion bar area was rusty and said the cost of repair was more than the worth of the car. So my baby is a rust bucket !

Power is sent to the rear wheels through the original 911/00, #7000247, 4-speed manual transmission, which was recently rebuilt (12/23).

2008年5月27日 · Another theory might be that colors that Porsche picked out might not have been available from all three suppliers. For example, maybe all 8080 at that time was Herbol, i.e. 8080-H. Lastly, maybe a color was available from multiple suppliers but, at a particular time they could only get 8080 from Glasurit.
