Model S-55 built as an HRS-3 and later re-designated CH-19E. This helicopter was constructed as a HRS-2 and TOC with the USN as BuNo 130151 in July 1952. She was converted to HRS-3 (CH-19E) by Sikorsky at San Diego in 1956 and continued to serve until retired and placed into storage ending up at MASDC as 2H0029 in 1965.
