2022年6月30日 · TWO-BAND EQ. Many of today’s basses feature either a two- or a three-band EQ circuit — a “band” in this case meaning a specific frequency range. A bass with two-band EQ offers separate knobs for treble and bass. If the EQ circuit is passive, filtering occurs over that frequency range when you turn the knobs.

2015年8月13日 · On 2 band EQs (generally speakin), when you crank the bass it starts at say 40hz and keeps boosting up through the mids, so you don't get a huge boost in a narrow range of frequencies. So on a 3 band if you crank the bass all the way it will sound like a boomy muddy swamp and can blow your speakers.

The BTS Control is a 2-band equalizer for Bass guitar. The BTS features single-pole filters for broadband equalization. Often the broader single-pole filters are preferred for musical instruments because they are less selective, easier on the ear, and sound more “musical”.

2014年4月11日 · I had a 2 band eq USA SUB, now have a 3 band Stingray. Both are great IMO, slightly different flavors. 3 bander has a filter that doesn't allow the bass to go as low as the 2 band, which is not a band thing IMO, but 2 bander sounds fatter that way. The mid control is great on the 3 bander as well.

2021年12月29日 · OPA2134 & OPA2604 are used by tech21 on their pedals (Sansamp GT2 for example). OPA1641 should be great too for audio (absolutely no noise). TL072 & NE5532 are 2 classical OPA for audio but they are "vintage" now. One way to test these différents part numbers in your circuit is to use a electrical/mechanical support for IC 😉
