2016年6月30日 · We know the LS rods are good to 300hp but look at those d16a1 rods. They might be a little skinny next to the LS ones but they are wider. Both rods shadow the puiny little d16y8 rods and those are supose to be good up to 200hp. I figure the d16a1 rods should be somewhere close to LS rods, with NO machine work!

2018年4月15日 · You should set tune the engine to make these performance parts work correctly, then you can get about 180 HP at the flywheel. You can go further with ITB, a more dynamic camshaft and other mods, and get 200 HP. Turbo

2013年1月19日 · I have a 88 Integra SE with a turbo D16A1. Its pushing 6lbs from a Garrett T25 out of, from my understanding, a S13 turbo. Only things done besides the turbo are 550CC injectors, Bisimoto cams, Bisimoto gears, exhaust, and an OBD1 swap. It was tuned by a company called Church Automotive in southern California.

2005年6月3日 · If you live in an area where 93/94 octane gas is not available, your best bet is to try to keep your compression below 12:1, in fact between to 11.5-11:1 would be ideal. The piston i prefer for all setups is the p29 from 88-89 Integra d16a1. This piston is also found under the pm7 designation in the Japanese DOHC ZC.

2023年8月23日 · 100% effective in terms of performance, b17 puts out the same numbers as the b16a2, 160~hp compared to 110ish hp d16. Better gear ratios, higher redline etc so even without the power jump it'll be far more fun to drive.

2007年3月29日 · i really never worked on many ZC setups. but same principles apply. id stay away from boost for this project dude. you can attain 200 crank horse all motor + maybe a 50 shot. are you dead set on the D16A1? take it to machine shop , have the holes made new again. run some high compression pistons in it.

fits JDM DOHC ZC and Acura D16A1 Motor as Well. These Pistons Come With Pins,Rings and 8 Pins Locks. THESE PISTONS ARE DESIGNED ONLY FOR TURBO APPLICATIONS AS THEY WILL SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER YOUR COMPRESSION. Estimated Compression Ratio is APPROX 8:5.1. Resulting in a more complete burn and more HP to the wheels.

2008年2月19日 · 200hp is attainable, but like jfro said, without forced induction you won't reach it. 200 hp on a d motor is not impossible, but will need some money thrown at it to reach those numbers.
