The odometer works intermittently, which I have read is a fairly common issue. The guy says it has 230k miles on it, but the idle hours are unknown.

2016年5月25日 · I've found a 2010 Crown Vic wth 43,000 on it for $8500. It's all black which I like with spotlights but looks to have had no other police equipment installed so it's not cut up. Of course buying it is my ultimate decision but I don't know very much about these cars in particular. Why would they discharge a car with such low mileage from service?
