5 years ago 20k yung starting salary ko and then +2k after 6months for a jr art director position, graphic design din ang work. But that was above average at the time. People I knew were getting 14k~18k usually with some outliers na 22-25k cause their portfolio were really really good. Anyways 25k is a good start.

I agree with you.. was temporarily assigned in bgc 2012 for 6 months with an 18k salary and surviving is the correct term to describe it.. I was based in Bacolod where even a 10k salary that time would save more than the 18k salary while in bgc. It was an eye opener first time working and assigned in the metro.
