2010年7月29日 · The 2149 is a very good saw. I believe it was one of the first 2100 series of saws and was introduced back in 1998 or 99. The 2149 has more in common with the 2150 than the 2152. All parts from the 2150 will cross over to the 2149 except for the bottom end. Piston and cylinder share the same part numbers.

2001年12月29日 · I believe you will be far happier with the Jonsereds 2149. Equip it with 3/8 professional chisel chain, if you want to do some serious woodcutting. I have a friend who uses one of these for professional harvesting of firewood and christmas trees every year. The weakest link on it is the damn choke button design.

2004年12月12日 · 2149 used a straight open port jug that was shared with the early 2150 and Husky 350, and the Husky 351. As I said in the earlier post, it can be a real nice runner. If there's decent top end in the OP's pile of goodies, I'd use it and have some fun with it rather than spend $200 on the 346NE top end.

2010年5月12日 · Looking at the IPLs for these saws (both from 2001 and the 2149 matching my saw), 90% of parts are the same, noticeable exceptions being the plastic, naturally. Non cosmetic parts that differ are, as far as I'm able to tell; piston+cylinder, carburetor and muffler. Intake, crankshaft, gaskets, everything else is the same.

2005年10月13日 · I own a 2149 and 2150. The 2150 has the same displacement as the 2149 which is 49.7cm. The main difference is the 2150 crankcase which is plastic. There seems to be a misprint in the JONSERED catalogue. I checked the IPL for the the 2149, 2150 and 2152. The part numbers for the cylinder and piston assembly are identical on the 2149 and 2150.

2009年12月18日 · I know they are different engines between the 21xx and 20xx saws. I was referring to your confusion that the 2149 and 2150 have the same engine. The 2050 and 2054 are NOT the same engine, the 2050 turns 12,500RPM while the 2054 turns 13,500. 2054 and 2050 are completely different saws.
