Moody AFB is located near Valdosta, Georgia. The 23rd Wing of the Air Combat Command serves as host unit and conducts missions specializing in search and rescue but also involving close air support, force protection and humanitarian operations. Another major unit on base is the 93rd Ground Operations Wing.

Patients have two choices of where to pick up their medications. The 23rd MDG Pharmacy, located in Building 900, OR the 24/7 ScriptCenter.
