2011年5月30日 · In my opinion 24p has superior picture quality but motion is questionable in terms of watching and enjoying the content. So I interpolate the 24p a little to take the edge off. Though any further and the drop in picture quality is noticeable.

So Blu-ray and HD DVD are 1080/24p natively encoded. 1080 tells us that is the resolution it was transferred to BD/HD DVD in, and 24p tells us it was stored as 24 whole frames, rather than being divided into odd & even 'fields' as is the case with normal DVD.

2006年7月6日 · Sounds good so far but what this doesn't say it's whether it's applying 3:2 pulldown or showing real 24p. The X series says it's 120Hz thus can perform 5/5 pulldown. I've not seen anything that says the refresh rates on the V series can handle 24/48/72/120Hz therefore I'm less inclined to believe it's real 24p.
