Apr 25, 2013 · I just bought an 08 Ninja 250 with 24,000 miles on it and just cleaned and lubed the chain and was wondering after how many miles the chain and sprocket should be replaced? I have a feeling that the previous owner of the bike did not maintain it very well as the bike was practically bone-dry on oil :mad2. Thanks!

Oct 8, 2012 · Hi All, I did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for so I apologize in advance if this has already come up. When all warmed up and running fine (for the most part) there seems to be a lag in the response to the throttle. I'll twist the grip, it'll hesitate for a second, and then take off as normal.
