2018年12月16日 · I ordered a .277 fury and some sig ammo. I mainly use Berger or eldx bullets on my other calibers and have had great results, but I have been wanting to try some bonded bullets like the nosler accubond. I am curious to see how the .277 fury does as a cartridge and how the accubond does on game. Any experience you have and can share would be great.

2014年2月7日 · .277 Fury - Sig Cross 6lb 8oz, 16 inch barrel, 140 grain, 3000 fps If kimber chambered it, I bet it would have a 22 inch barrel in the ascent and 18 inch in the adirondack. That setup would weigh 4lb 13 oz, so you would save a pound.

2020年4月26日 · The fury is designed to run in AR10 platform rifles that cannot handle anything close to the pressure of a bolt action. The steel case head is the key to the fury running at higher pressures. The fury's States max pressure is 80,000 psi.

2019年12月18日 · It is still a .277 caliber rifle. The only dope I know of north of 3060 fps is Hornady light magnum and that is a nasty throat burner. Remember, it is the person behind the gun not the tool that aims the weapon.

2022年7月4日 · Sig completely screwed the pooch with the 277 fury cross. The SAAMI spec that they submitted is 1-7. They completely neutered the cartridge in that rifle buy doing 1-10. I doubt anyone else is going to launch a rifle in that cartridge so that'll be the nail in it's coffin from the civilian side. It's too bad as I really like the cartridge.

I see there are reamers and I know it's SAAMI, and dies are available now also...but cases are around, but look like once fired, some saying they don't have the steel head, but have a brass one. Sounds like it's ahead of the 7 BC as...
