Interstate 295 (I-295), also known as the Fayetteville Outer Loop, is a partially completed Interstate-grade planned 34-mile-long (55 km) bypass around the western side of Fayetteville, North Carolina, United States.

Work is underway to complete the western portion of the Fayetteville Outer Loop (I-295) from U.S. 401 Business/Ramsey Street – north of Fayetteville – to I-95 just across the Cumberland-Robeson county line.

2022年10月27日 · Interstate 295 (SR 9A) is the beltway encircling the Jacksonville metro area. The loop measures 60.864 miles 1 in length both providing access to the outlying suburbs and beaches as well as acting as a bypass for the often congested Interstate 95 through Jacksonville.

It was once part of the major Interstate 95 corridor running along the Eastern Seaboard, which connects some of the largest cities in the United States. The first section to be built which would encompass part of what would eventually become Interstate 295 was the Scudder Falls Bridge.

2024年7月10日 · HOPE MILLS – Travel south of Fayetteville became easier Wednesday, after another section of Interstate 295 opened to traffic. Contractors for the N.C. Department of Transportation removed the barrels and barricades Wednesday afternoon, partially opening the Camden Road interchange (Exit 7) outside Hope Mills.
