2013年3月4日 · The car goes into limp mode and is a nightmare to get out. The fault codes it reports is 2A67 and 2A6B. The local BMW Specialist has changed the eccentric cam sensor and replaced one of the vanos soleniod valve and the problem still remains. Car sounds like a diesel when it goes into limp mode...rattle, rattle, rattle.

2015年1月29日 · 2A67 - Valvetronic Internal Fault, 2A63 - Valvetronic Servo Motor 1, 2A69 - Valvetronic Voltage Supply Servomotor 1. ( I used a C110 BMW Code Scanner, which I bought off ebay.) The car drives ok, apart from uneven Idle when the engine has warmed up, and stationary or parked up. There are no warning lights on dashboard.

I am having the same problem. timing chain and guide replaced. vanos solenoids changed for after market ones i have checked the oil filter cage, timing checked and double checked. from cold it starts fine runs for about 5mins then vanos starts to rattle and it runs like a pig inpa shows camshafts not reaching target 2a83 and 2a88 any ideas vanos guru's
