i have the same issue. phone which had the authentificator app installed broke, backup codes were on my phone saved as well. contacted roblox support and SPECIFICALLY explained them how i cant access my backup codes and authentificator app yet i got an automated response telling me to use my backup codes. i contacted them today AGAIN and very very specifically explained everything another time ...
