2008年1月30日 · All testing was done on our shop MR2-S which has a high mile stock 2ZZ engine swapped in to it. The turbo kit is just our off the shelf unit which in Spyder trim means it's breathing through a very civilized chambered 2.5" muffler. Results in the Celica are similar.

This is one of the reasons why 2ZZ in Europe made more power in addition to different ECU. Therefore, getting to 185 - 190 whp will require both VVT and lift tuning.

2012年12月21日 · 227whp from 110 octane and 14.0:1 pistons and headwork doesn't really sound like a notable accomplishment when comparing to NA honda builds... none the less this is the highest na 2zz-ge dyno i've seen. imo what these are good engines that seemed to lack on aftermarket parts and tuning support.

2010年5月26日 · It all depends on the cam. The small cam for a 2ZZ is less aggressive than the 1ZZ cam because it can afford to be a pure economy profile - it has the high performance profile (lift) to back it up. The 1ZZ has to try and be both. The 2ZZ is a better motor at ANY rpm.
