2019年8月3日 · The port next to it works fine. After much internet researched, it was recommended to uninstall the driver in Device Manager, so I uninstalled USB 3.0 Root Hub.

At that moment, I ended up noticing that when I connected my USB 3.0 pendrive to a usb 3.0 port it had a speed equivalent to a 2.0 port. However, when I connected the pendrive to a 3.1 port (Usb C, from adapter) the pendrive worked exactly as expected.

Our support website doesn't specify whether the wireless adapter functions better on 3.0 or 2.0. However, if a 3.0 device is plugged into a 2.0 port, the device would still work but speed and power benefits will not be fully realized. Hope this helps!
