RMR 3.25 MOA or 6.5 help me decide - Glock Talk
2016年1月28日 · If it's for a handgun, choose the 6.5 only because they don't have a bigger one. 3.25 MOA is ridiculously small at 50 yards, much less anything closer. I use a 4 MOA Aimpoint on my Bullseye gun at 25 and 50 yards on a gun that will hold a 1.7" 10 shot group at 50 yards. I'd use a bigger dot if Aimpoint made one.
Which Trijicon RMR? - Glock Talk
2015年7月2日 · In my opinion it is the best all around size for a reflex sight mounted on a pistol. 1 to 3.5 MOA is better suited for distances beyond 25 yards or bullseye shooting where your target is small and can be completely covered by the larger dots, and 8 to 13 MOA will provide the quickest sight acquisition at shorter defensive distances.
6.5 or 3.25 MOA on my G19 MOS | Glock Talk
2021年2月23日 · I prefer the 3.25 moa dot as opposed to a larger dot. I used to have one of the dual illumination RMR's that had an 8 moa dot and it started driving me nuts with how big it was when I was trying to shoot at 25 yards. Like was posted before, I can pick up one dot as easily as the next no matter the size, it's all about practice and presentation.
Which RMR to mount 3.5 moa or 6 or....? - Glock Talk
2013年11月26日 · The 3.25 MOA reticle is too small and slow to acquire for my aging eyesight in an EDC application, especially in unusual lighting conditions. I prefer a larger dot that is more visible when aiming at a target brightly lit by a tac light in a darkened room, or when shooting from a position in the shade at a target brightly lit by sunlight.
Springfield Armory Hex Wasp 3.5 MOA Micro Red Dot Optic
2024年12月25日 · I had this on my Hellcat OSP for a while, but I switched it out for an 8 MOA dot sight, because it was easier to see without glasses, given my decreasing eyesight. This is a 3.5 MOA dot, which most people seem to find about right for pistols. Direct mount on hellcat allows for co-witness of factory iron sights. Shield RMSc footprint.
What MOA dot are you guys using in competition? | Glock Talk
2021年3月22日 · I use the 2.5 MOA DPP but I’m probably not the best to copy. I have astigmatism and middle aged eyes. I usually run the dot bright and shoot with a bloom. I have zero issues seeing the dot or knowing where the gun is aimed on any target even with the bloom. I also use 3.25 RMRs on carry pistols. No issues there either.
Glock 43x Jagerwerks milled slide assembly with Trijicon RMRcc …
2023年4月15日 · Glock 43x full slide assembly with barrel and recoil spring with the coveted RMRcc 3.25 MOA I had the fine folks at Jagerwerks mill and nitride coat the slide for a Trijicon RMRcc. I also had them install lower co-witness Dawson Precision backup sights. They recommended installing the rear sight in front of the optic to protect the optic.
3 or 6 MOA dot? | Glock Talk
2020年4月19日 · I have a 3.25 MOA RMR and it’s small. The Holosun circle dot is a good combo. Big enough to see quick with old fart eyes, but has the small dot if you feel the need to try and shoot bullseye stuff. The ACSS triangle is also better than the small dot for my eyes. If your choice is 3 or 6 I’d go with the 6 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Which RMR Type 2 dot size? | Glock Talk
2020年5月10日 · Making my list and checking it twice for how I plan to kit up the G19 Gen5 MOS I’m planning to set up next month. I’m going to go with the Trijicon Type 2 RMR as the SRO hasn’t been out long enough for me. What I’m struggling with is what MOA size dot to get. I keep coming back to the 3.25 for what I want to use it for.
