3.8 GPA? Can I still get into college?
2019年6月16日 · I have a 3.8 gpa (4 b’s freshmen, 4b’s sophomore, 1b’s junior semester 1). I got to a semi-competitive high school in bethesda, md. The grades are slightly inflated and most of my classmates have 3.9-4.0 and I was wondering if I could still get into a good college (my dream is NU but ik it’s very unrealistic). I took 11 APs, 10 Honors, 2 on-level (graduation requirements).
3.8 CC gpa, do I stand a chance at these schools?
2017年2月9日 · My HS GPA was around a 3.65 UW and 3.78 weighted with an 1800/2400 SAT, so nothing extraordinary; also, my EC’s aren’t anything extravagant either. With a GPA of a 3.7+ and over 50 or 55 credits, I think you have a great chance at USC, Michigan, UNC and other transfer-friendly schools.

Can I get into a good school with a 3.8 GPA? :/ - UC Transfers ...
2010年7月27日 · The most recent thread mentioned a 2.8-3.2 CC GPA and still looking to transfer, but from the lack of activity I assume OP ended up somewhere they liked.

3.8+ and the right coursework will give you a good chance at pretty much every UC, but you still have to be careful about meeting the terms and conditions afterwards.

4.0 vs 3.9 vs 3.8 - Applying to College - College Confidential Forums
2023年12月11日 · On CC, there seems to be a consensus that the difference between a GPA of 4.0, 3.9, and 3.8 is immeasurable even when the ECs are taken into consideration. However, other sources often claim the opposite, that these marginal differences could impact the way your entire application is considered (possibly metaphorically thrown in the 4.0 or 3.99-3.75 boxes). …
Could I get into UMich with a sub-3.8+ GPA?
2018年1月8日 · Okay, so I am a current junior, and I have thoroughly looked into Umich and really want to try to get in. It’s my dream school. I’ve had pretty weak freshman and sophomore years (major improvement semester 2 soph year 3.76 uw) and my semester one gpa for junior year is going to be a 3.83 umich gpa. My psat is a 1260, basically slept through the test, very …
How many B's can I afford to graduate with a 3.8 or 3.9 GPA?
2018年5月15日 · This is on a 4.0 scale, and a Bachelor’s degree. I know I don’t need to graduate with a GPA that high, but I want to see if I can. I guess I just like challenging myself. I just completed my freshman year, and took 10 classes. I got A’s in all of them. So with those aside, how many B’s can I afford to graduate with an overall 3.8 GPA? How many B’s to graduate …
