2025年2月12日 · I plan on building the MDT ESS Chassis System, and currently I am looking at the Christensen Arms Mesa 300 PRC barreled action from Brownell's. Just wanted to put it out there and see if anyone has experience with this action/barrel or recommendations for a better option at, or around, the same price point (aprox. $800).

2020年10月9日 · Just got a 300-PRC barrel for my Barrett MRAD and shooting factory ammo to zero, break-in, and generate brass to handload. Got Berger 220's for the 300-PRC and in the early stages of using QuickLoad to generate the first ladder test.

2018年7月6日 · Loads of good information here, I'm doing a 300 PRC build as well. 26" Proof CF 9.4 twist Sendero blank is at the house, likely going with a Manners stock and also still trying to decide on the action. Hopefully start getting this thing going when I get back from this deployment. Probably going to have Mile High put this together for me.

2019年11月27日 · I hate the cow fire forming so I shoot cheap bullets to fire form. I neck up to 375 then down to 338 forming a false shoulder with a slight crush fit. 2019年5月25日 · Hornady brass is cheaper and I suspect Peterson, ADG, Alpha or Lapua wont be far behind in making 300 PRC brass. Switchbarrel, you have a 3" longer barrel than me and using a faster powder. Im basically using the slowest powder I can find short of 50BMG. and at 3150 mark on the low side.

2020年10月10日 · Neck thickness and case volume both vary fairly significantly in the 300 PRC cases I have measured. I started fire forming 8x68S into 300 PRC because I was getting mediocre results with Hornady and the cases didn't last long enough for my taste. I no longer do that because ADG now has 300 PRC brass - and I get similar numbers in the 5-6 range.
