2019年10月30日 · Talking about 180 grain bullets, in my Cooper model 56 in .300 WM, using the Berger 175 grain VLD's ahead of 70 grains of IMR 4350, I consistently get 1/2 MOA or better out to 500 yards(the distance of my range). In several other .300 WM's, with bullets in the 180 grain range, either RL22 or H4831sc have given me the best results (speed/accuracy)

I find my most reliable and accurate 300 win mag loads to be 63.5 grains of IMR 4350 & 4831 With a 210 Berger HVLD Peterson Brass, Federal 210 Primer, and Coal of 3.340” Ogive 2.660”. The 4350 is going 2700 Fps and the 4831 turtles along at 2600 FPS.

2008年3月18日 · Good luck on both hunt and knee replacements. Had both of mine done in 2010 one in January and one in November. Recumbent bike at 19 days helped with the knee replacement. Six week checkup walked into Dr. office no cane needed. I shot 180gr with 300 win mag. have worked well on elk for me. Good Luck. Knee surgery will give you good mobility.

This time I removed stock and sanded the recoil lug and action screw areas, and installed a Trigger Tech trigger. 3 loads 208gr ELDm 82grs of N570 195gr Sierra TMK 74grs of N560 and 168 gr Berger 78grs of Re#22. Zero pressure signs on any.

2005年10月16日 · Favorite load out of my .300 Win Mag is 76 grs. IMR 7828 using a 180 gr. Scirocco bullet w/F215 primer. A 190 Sierra MK would have to "hump it" to beat this combo as it shoots sub MOA all the way to 1000 yds.

2015年10月18日 · So this was a brand new in the box 700 5r gen2 in .300 win mag. Put a Leupold Mk5 on top and headed to the range, couldnt get better than a 2.5" group with 4 different types of ammo. Got ahold of Remington and they said send it in. Rifle comes back with a note saying they lapped the barrel, headspace, blah blah.
