2020年10月12日 · I went with the upgrades and here is EVERYTHING you’ll need to do specifically to take your 3rd Tacoma from stock to fitting 33s (I went with 285/75/r16s). I'm sure there are other ways to do this but the way I did has been cost-effective, made it more durable, and maintains the ride quality of a stock TRD-Offroad that we all love and enjoy.

2018年5月16日 · I've gotten 12.4-12.9L/100 which is roughly 18mpg. Depends on the conditions though. Certain highways around here that are mostly rolling hills kill my mpg.

2018年10月2日 · Define 33s My 255/85/16s are 33.5 with a narrow tread profile and hardly rubbed when the front was "leveled"(see what I did there?) with everything else stock up front. Edit: I run them on stock 2nd gen Tacoma steel wheels.

2011年2月7日 · 33s with anything less than 3 inch lift will rub on compression or turning without some modifications or specific bs wheels. 32s will probably fit safely. I plan on running 33s on the street and 31's offroad for maximum tire stuffing travel.

2017年7月17日 · Currently I am considering 265/75r16s or 285/75r16s (32" vs. 33"). I am prepared for the CMC and reshaping the fender liners if I go 33s, that does not bother me and is not my concern. My concern is everyday driving and its feel. I want to go with the 33s but I do 30 highway miles (~70-75mph) and 10 around town miles per day for my commute.

2023年5月21日 · I do not post much on here but I wanted to share my experiences lifting my 2015 DC 4x4 Tacoma and installing 34x10.50 r17 Toyo AT3 tires (tall 33s is what I call them since they are not true 34s lol). I know a common upgrade for those who lift their taco and put larger tires usually use a 2-3” lift with ~33” tires.
