The 374th Operations Group (374 OG) is the operational flying component of the United States Air Force 374th Airlift Wing. It is stationed at Yokota Air Base, Japan.

During peacetime, the 374th Airlift Wing maintains a constant state of readiness by participating in joint training exercises. The wing is composed of four groups, including 17 squadrons.

The 374th OG maintains and ensures combat readiness of three operation squadrons using C-130J Super Hercules, C-12J Huron and UH-1N Huey aircraft, conducting missions involving intratheater airlift, aeromedical evacuation and distinguished visitor transport for the U.S. Pacific Command and other national security policy efforts.

The YAFB accommodates C-130H Hercules, Bell UH-1N Huey helicopter, C-12J Huron, C-9 Nightingales, C-21 Learjets and Boeing 747 Cargo. The civilian charter aircraft encompass C-5, KC-10, DC-8, C-17 and L-100.
