2022年2月23日 · the mnp "faeber" quad port helps with recoil. killed deer using the 270gr hornady sp bullet in a 15" rpm xl 375 jdj. i rechambered the xl jdj to 376 steyr and the 225 hornady sp 376 factory ammo out of the 15" xl really does a job on deer but it is faster than the 375 jdj. iirc, jd recommended the hornady 220 fp over the 225 sp for deer.

2023年1月24日 · The 220 was around forever. The 225 was way late in the life of the jdj. I have used the 225 even In the 375-06 jdj. It worked crazy good. I think the 225 is a great one for deer and pigs. I’d hammer an elk with it tomorrow if it was a choice. The 220 being a soft blunt tip worked well of course.

2010年5月26日 · No real progress yet... My 375 JDJ is a factory TC barrel. Expecting the 378 GNR by the end of the week. Gary Reeder says that he has no problem with lead in the comp using cast bullets that are gas checked in his 378. When the 378 barrel, dies, and loading data arrive I will most likely contact LBT and see what Veral recommends.
