2010年12月27日 · AA#7 will run 124/5 grain bullets to 1380 fps or so in SAAMI spec .38 Super loads. These are major PF loads. Good accuracy, pretty clean and low flash for me in my commanders. If you google ".38 super IPSC load list" a ton of data should come up, one being a list of a bunch of loads and PF notes for all .38 super bullet weights.

2008年12月28日 · the 38 Super has been around since 1929, and for a while was the most powerful semi-auto handgun cartridge on the planet. the 357 Sig, 40 S&W, 10mm and 9X23 are all relative newcomers compared to the 38 Super.

2023年11月4日 · I like the 38 Super. I have asked about 38 Super ammo at places and have been told, "you must mean 38 Special". I load 38 Super but my pistols also have 9mm barrels fitted to them.

2024年8月18日 · The super is the easy way. A really big rim that an extractor has a lot of meat to grab on to. However, I despise chasing brass. 38 Super/Supercomp brass is a million times more expensive than free 9mm brass. A good gunsmith can set up a 9mm that runs 100% with about any factory or reloaded ammo.
