2018年1月30日 · I'm thinking about buying the Samsung 49" C49HG90 but I don't understand if it's 4K or 1440p, the 3840x1080 reaolution confuses me.

2011年6月19日 · dual DMS59 outputs, each splits into a left+right DVI, each DVI runs at 1920x1080 so a L+R is 3840x1080. except you have TWO DMS59 outputs. so the other one can be the same 3840x1080 and you can either put them side-by-side for a stupidly wide display, or stack one above the other for a 3840x2160 display. the card costs around $60 on NewEgg.

2018年4月18日 · The other is Samsung's new LC49HG90 which is the 49" 3840x1080 @144Hz VA panel monitor. It's basically a new category in this already relatively new category. Now I have no question that the Alienware is probably the better quality monitor with the higher PPI and IPS panel but the Samsung does still draw me in a bit.

2020年9月26日 · I would go for the 3840x1200 instead. 43" is a more suitable size vs res than the overly large but very vertically narrow 3840x1080. BTW 5120x1440 requires less horsepower than 4K 16:9. Reply reply

2019年10月1日 · 3840x1080 is too small vertically IMO so it's not great for productivity. I have a CRG9 and game support is varying. Many games work with the resolution but have some fisheye effect on the edges of the screen. Some games work perfectly with no fisheye. Some games need to be patched to work.

3D Movies in Quest 3: 3840x1080 full-SBS vs 1920x1080 MVC. I'm looking for maximum 3D-Movie quality and I've gotten to a point where it's a tie between these two options: converted from 3D-Bluray MKV: 3840x1080 as full-SBS. Viewed on PC video players like Leawo, MPC, VLC using Virtual Desktop's full-SBS setting.

2023年11月23日 · The glasses 3D mode is 3840x1080 = aspect ratio 32:9. So u just need to find a way to watch 3d movies in aspect ratio 32:9. For windows, mac - (1) download vlc media player and in the settings add a custom aspect ratio 32:9. So whenever u are playing a 3d movie (both fsbs and hsbs) select 32:9 ratio.
