2023年2月7日 · Not a 3E6, but i work with them. They're like the general contractor for a construction company. When there's problems with facilities or utility systems on the base, they process the request, prioritize work, and dispatch the trade workers (carpenters, plumbers, electricians, HVAC, etc).
