Our gap maps are thematic collections of existing evidence from impact evaluations and systematic reviews about effects of international development policies and programmes. The reports provide all of the supporting documentation, including the background information, methods and results, protocols, and analysis of what the map results mean.

The Development Evidence Portal (DEP) is an expansive and growing repository of rigorous evidence on what works in international development. It contains high-quality impact evaluations, systematic reviews, and evidence gap maps and is the most comprehensive resource for this kind of evidence from low- and middle-income countries.

This map comprises of 96 studies in total, with 7 impact evaluations, 86 measurement studies and 3 systematic reviews.
