This way, each tailed beast will have slightly more chakra than the combined chakra of all tailed-beasts with lesser tails. And that is consistent with observation (2).

Unclear if 4-Tails Naruto could be poisoned via gas. 4-Tails Naruto should have plenty more strength than Sakura lol, so I don't see the Iron Sand working very well as an offense either. But still, between the Iron Sand, all his other puppets, and his own puppet body, Sasori can probably put up some fight.

The genjutsu doesn't work instantly, and 4 Tails Naruto can literally just fire off biju bombs in the direction of the sound that had so much aoe and ap that Orochimaru's triple rashamon barely managed to save him. Only way SM Jiraiya survives biju bombs from 4 Tails is to reverse summon himself away, which would also waste Frog Song.
