2012年3月23日 · Having owned one 4.6/4-speed in the form of an Expy and several 5.4/4-speed F150's and now my 5.4/6-speed, I can state the 4.6 will NOT get any better gas mileage while also not having anywhere near the power of the 5.4. So go with the 5.4 if at all possible.

2015年1月29日 · I used the Ford Racing harness which was around $500 and it was plug and play. I love it and now I want to fuel inject everything! Ha! Ford Racing also makes "control packs" for the 4.6 3V, 4.6 DOHC 4V and the Coyote 5.0 all for around $1500 each but they say they're designed for manual 5/6 speed trans only.

2011年8月5日 · 97 and 98 trucks could have either a Romeo OR a Windsor 4.6. and there is quite a few differences. if your truck has the Windsor 4.6, it will have the 8 bolt crank.
