Enjoy three floors dedicated to strength training, functional training, cardio and fitness classes. 404 Fitness is considered NYU's main hub for weight lifting and personal training.

2022年9月25日 · 404: Located at 404 Lafayette, ~5min from WSP. Doesn’t have all the cool other stuff that Palladium has, but does have plenty of cardio equipment, a turf, battle ropes, and a well-equipped gym. Gym has only 4 squat racks compared to Palladium’s 5 (again no power racks), but has everything else that palladium has.

404 Fitness: A large gym though filled with students. There's a small turf area unique to this gym (when compared to the other NYU gyms). It also has machines for cardio/strength. More information can be found here.

2019年6月7日 · That building is 404 Fitness, NYU’s new three-level, get-healthy, stay-healthy exercise facility located conveniently close to the New York City campus. Brian Mecca, facility supervisor at 404, explains: “This is a safe, positive environment with state-of-the-art equipment where students can de-stress and reenergize.

2016年9月6日 · The new 404 Fitness is located a short distance from NYU’s main hub at Washington Square Park. Within the facility are elliptical machines, treadmills and stair steppers as well as a wide selection of cardio and strength training equipment. The lower floor is home to dance, locker and spin rooms as well as stretch areas.

404 Fitness is one of the two gyms on the main campus at NYU; it is where most of the recreational classes are located as well as a track on the third floor to run and walk! There's also greenery similar to a football field for floor exercises and athletic training.

2016年2月23日 · Its replacement and NYU’s interim athletic facility, 404 Fitness, opened its doors on Monday. Located at 404 Lafayette St. between Fourth Street and Astor Place, the new athletic facility boasts three floors in total. Each floor has amenities including cardio equipment, a dance studio and stretching areas.
