Here the error is mostly because of 403 client error. check if your credientials at $HOME/.config/pypoetry/auth.toml are correct or not. But isn't the secondary = true option supposed to make poetry checks first public-pypi ?

2020年12月3日 · Researching into it I realized that platform variable is set to msys. I've created a pull request to fix that issue. To be more specific #3450. Aren't we supposed to use one of the mingw environments, and avoid using the msys one?

2023年1月23日 · One of our tests started failing when we upgraded from 1.3.48 to 1.3.52. The test expected that calling a URL with an HTTP method which was not defined for a URL returns status code 405. After the upgrade, status code 404 was returned. I have traced the change in behaviour down to this commit. I also have a minimal example reproducing the problem:
