2011年11月1日 · My family still has a 4366, and used to have a 4386. They are decent tractors if used for the right thing, ie basic tillage with a 24-27' disc, up to a 40' field cultivator, etc. It is rough as heck, though. One limited purpose the 4366 is GREAT for because of the 3 point hitch down pressure: putting in metal rice gates with a gate machine.

2009年11月27日 · We have a very clean 4366 that we maybe get 50-100 hours on per year pulling a 39' CIH 5600 w/spikes or a 45' 5600 with 16" shovels (very shallow, 33' w/wings folded in deeper pulling). Loud ,dirty and rough but otherwise good for straight pulling. 4386 has a 12' leon 6way blade and 8-15000 hours and is rougher shape.

2014年12月25日 · 3 versions built. 4366. DT466, 10 speeds, IH finals. AC 440 555NA Cummins, 10 speed, truck finals planetaries. Steiger BearCat?, 3208 Cat, 10 speeds, Truck axle planetaries. Think all have same hydraulics. My opinion. Those V8s, not great. IH axles??? Had the AC 440. Motor didn,t like me. NA motors are noisy period. Had a 4586 with 855 Cummins.

2015年10月31日 · I have a 4366 and a 4568 and i must be the odd one out cause I absolutely love them, cheap horsepower, yes they are crude but ya gotta remember they are 40 plus year old tractors, key to keeping them running is just maintenance, the dvt800 engine has a bad rep, but I love mine, keep air cleaners clean, keep rpm down a little from wide open ...

2020年2月26日 · Looking at updating the hydraulic pump on our 4366, it is getting slower and slower to lift implements and it has never been able to do certain things since we have had it. So the original manual states that the tractor would have had a Cessna tandem gear pump, consisting of 23 GPM section and a 18.5 GPM section.

2010年4月18日 · Our IH 4366 has recently developed an issue with the hydraulics. After it sits overnight you have to turn the steering wheel back and forth for about a minute to get any steering, almost like its losing its prime. The remotes seem to work fine and clutch is fine but steering is an issue, also has a more noticeable whine to it until it gets going.

2013年2月14日 · The IH 4366 was another big Steiger built articulated 4WD chassis with a redculously small (just a bit over 200 hp) engine installed, the IH 466. Now the 466 is a 7 main bearing inline 6, and normally a reliable 10,000 hr engine, but in the 4366, they would burn out by 2500 hrs if you did not roll in a new set of bearings at 2000 hrs or so.
