THF46 (aka "Trigga Happy Family 4-6") is a street gang mainly consisting of Black Disciples which ranges from 44th to 47th Street, Cottage Grove to Lake Park Avenue in the Kenwood neighborhood of the South Side of Chicago, Illinois. In July 2015, police blamed the gang for the rise of shootings and robberies in Kenwood.

During the early 2000s, the areas surrounding 46th & Woodlawn and 44th & Wells in Chicago experienced the rise of a formidable and infamous gang called THF (Trigger Happy Family). Within THF, three distinct factions – the Mick's, BD's (Black Disciples), and Renegade's – played crucial roles in shaping the gang's dominance and influence.

Formerly a GD hood, THF46 is a result of what is left of the old school GDs as well as members who flipped and BD members who moved to the area at a young age.

According to authorities, Michael Ward and Kenneth Williams, both SuWu members, were on the hunt for 46-Terror (Black Disciples and Mickey Cobra set) rival gang members, and accidentally shot Hadiya Pendleton. Police records show that Williams was shot in July 2012, by members of 46 Terror but survived.
