2022年10月3日 · Howdy. Im a 4A2X1; we share the same building for our tech schools. I’m not a radiology tech, but being that I was in close quarters with them and part of my job is to know how radiology units work, I feel I can give a little insight.

2015年5月31日 · Definitely pass. Learning is job at that point. I don't know about the workload in your class but as long as you actually pay attention in class you shouldn't have to study too much after class.

Is 4R011 a stand alone AFSC? Tried to find some info on this but coming up short. Also, any insight on this AFSC would be appreciated.

2022年12月2日 · I've just crosstrained out of 4R so I can give you a bit of help here. The other person who answered is correct that Sonography is a shred. 4R tech school focuses on xray and in your clinicals you'll also get CT experience.
How did you retrain into 4R011? Asking for advice or guidance
2023年3月16日 · Simply put, if there's no openings, you aren't getting in. Simple as that, no matter how competitive you are. Checking the advisory more frequently will not help much as this is one of the boarded retraining AFSC, AFAIK monthly board process rather than direct-to-CF

2022年9月26日 · The associates doesn’t need to be in anything specific. As long as you finish an associates and apply to ARRT within 5 years of graduating phase 2 you’re set.
