The parks combined are 34 river-front acres of trees, natural settings and approximately a quarter-mile of Blanco River access. The parks have picnic tables and an innovative trail constructed of pervious concrete and restrooms that are both ADA approved. This area of the river can be dry during extended droughts or a slow trickle.
