2012年7月19日 · The Beowulf is designed to operate with a standard rifle buffer and spring on a rifle length buffer tube and also a carbine buffer and spring on a carbine length buffer tube. The gas system is set to mimic the carrier velocity seen in a typical 5.56 weapon. The buffer tube will not notice the caliber from the internal mechanism.

2009年3月20日 · Had a group of 5-6 shooters with average rifle skills (first time 'wulf users) hitting a 16x16 gong at 75 yards from a standing position around 95% of the time. It was a crowd pleaser to say the least. When I want a scope I'll slap on one of two pieces of glass I also use on the BIG fifty (.50 BMG)...a NightForce NXS or a Leupold Mark IV.

2021年11月2日 · The choice of .50 Beowulf on this one was due to the number, .50. I obviously couldn’t fit a .50 BMG in a magazine fed, semiautomatic AR-15, and this magic number seems to be quite disturbing to the anti-2A crowd. It needs to function of course, but it’s not a serious build.

2016年8月5日 · I can verify the lancers work well in the beowulf . watch for sales if you reload I bought 500 rainer 334 grain hollow points for 109.00 from midway . brass 279.00 for 500. loaded ammo is not hard to find it starts at about 26.00 a box and you can order direct from alexander arms or midway .

2003年4月16日 · First off, kev50, the thirty rounders hold twelve beowulf rounds. The twenties hold seven. I shot with the inventor of the .50 Beowulf (Yes, Mr. Alexander himself) the other day at the range and he had a new model that was unveiled at the SHOT show. He had Swarovski glass on it. That's a little pricey, but I may end up going with it.

2020年4月27日 · To correct this, I'm thinking of spending my coronavirus bucks on a 12.7x42 complete upper, a.k.a. .50 Beowulf. This will just be a range toy, I don't intend to use it for SHTF or hunting etc. Mostly I want a big-bore AR-15 and the silly bragging rights to say I have a .50 caliber rifle. I found this complete upper receiver.
