The 570 Flag Football League is a semi competitive 6 on 6 player league open to all boys and girls ages 5-13. Team sizes will range from 10 to 12 players. The season will span ten Saturdays starting April 5th through June 7th .

The 570 Flag Football League is designed to give young area athletes a fun, up-tempo, competitive and affordable experience that they will never forget. Your athlete will be teamed up with and compete against some of the best young players in the Poconos.

570 FLAG FOOTBALL LEAGUE RULE CHANGES. The 570 Flag Football League has a few deviations from the NFL Flag Football Rulebook. These rules are listed below. 5-7 Year Olds (Rookie Division) The Coach is the Quarterback for their team. There is no blitzing. Teams have four downs to advance past midfield and another four to advance into the endzone.
