Metabolism of synthetic cannabinoids PB-22 and its 5-fluoro analog, 5F ...
2014年2月12日 · PB-22 (1-pentyl-8-quinolinyl ester-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid) and 5F-PB-22 (1-(5-fluoropentyl)-8-quinolinyl ester-1H-indole-3-carboxylic acid) are new synthetic cannabinoids with a quinoline substructure and the first marketed substances with an ester bond linkage.
Metabolic Profile of Synthetic Cannabinoids 5F-PB-22, PB-22 …
2017年4月28日 · Metabolism of four synthetic cannabinoids, 5F-PB-22, XLR-11 and their defluorinated analogues PB-22 and UR-144 respectively, were investigated using the fungus C. elegans. The phase I and II metabolites were identified based on LC-QTOF analysis, and their metabolic pathways were proposed.
Structurally, PB-22 and 5F-PB-22 are similar to JWH-018 and AM2201 respectively, two of the most common first and second generation abused synthetic cannabinoids. Both contain an N-alkylindole moiety, however the napthylacyl group has been replaced by a quinolinyl ester. Biological and toxicological data has not been reported for these compounds.
5F-PB-22 - Expert Committee on Drug Dependence Information …
5F-PB-22 binds to and activates CB1 receptors, and it induces a number of biological responses that are also triggered by SCRAs and THC. It produces some cannabimimetic effects in laboratory animals, including the suppression of locomotor activity and reduction of core temperature.
Differentiation and identification of 5F-PB-22 and its isomers
Quinolin-8-yl 1-(5-fluoropentyl)-1H-indole-3-carboxylate (5-Fluoro-PB-22 or 5F-PB-22; QUPIC N-(5-fluoropentyl) analog), is a synthetic cannabinoid which mimics the effects of cannabis. Several countries have reported numerous detections of this compound and its …
Metabolism of synthetic cannabinoids PB-22 and its 5-fluoro analog, 5F ...
Results: The predominant metabolic pathway for PB-22 and 5F-PB-22 was ester hydrolysis yielding a wide variety of (5-fluoro)pentylindole-3-carboxylic acid metabolites. Twenty metabolites for PB-22 and 22 metabolites for 5F-PB-22 were identified, with the majority generated by oxidation with or without glucuronidation.
