6E6P-E spud amp - how it can sound? - diyAudio
2020年5月17日 · I run my 6E6P/6E5P spuds at 200 to 250V on plate. The tubes are cheap, that said I've not run into problems but I don't have thousands of hours on the amps. It's a good sounding tube as a driver and a good spud as well.

2014年4月13日 · The E-suffix is a ruggedized version regular 6e6p. i use it as a pre/driver for 6s19p SE, but can be used as a small power tube. you can find more inspiration by searching 6e5p. I originally used this one and it sounded the same, but later i rewired the amp for 6e6p, mostly for easier experiments with pentodes like e180f etc.

The gain are around 25+ when using plate choke as a load. The choice of 6E6P is great. Good drivers really. Will propably use for a future project (GU-72). Nice and tidy built .
