2016年1月25日 · The 6N6P heater uses only pins 4 & 5; pin 9 is an internal shield. The data sheet says 6.3v heater only. The JJ ECC99 uses pin 9 as a center-tap for the heater, and can accept 6.3v (2 heater sections in parallel) or 12.6v (2 heater sections in series).

2024年11月19日 · I've also other interest on knowing more this tubes because the 6cg7 (is not easily available) was also used in Davoli Power amps as substitute of the very expensive ELL80 (double pentode triode connected) that was used there as PI to drive EL500 & EL504 tubes and to me will be interesting to know if the 6n6p can be swapped in place of the 6cg7 ...

2024年11月14日 · The 6n6p are fine tubes, only they are the same of ecc99 double triode tube, not el84 Tubes that you can consider as el84 are the 6P14P Note that there are also special military versions 6P14P - 3000hr 6P14P-V - 1000hr 6P14P-EV - 5000h r 6P14P-ER - >10000hr 6P14P-K - 3000hr and tube is steady against vibration!!!!
