6N6P Pinout The general type is NOVAL (meaning with 9 pins) and the pinout is identical to many western novals like 6dj8, 6922, ecc88. The parameters are comparable to ECC99-E182CC-12BH4. Like almost all novals, this tube is a dual triode meaning phisically two triodes packed side by side in one glass bottle.

6N6P is a Russian-made twin triode (medium mu, 9 pin mini). Pin-out is same as ECC88, 6DJ8 and kin. 6.3V filament on pins 4 and 5. ECC99 is a similar European tube, but slightly higher mu, slightly higher anode resistance, a little different electrically from 6N6P.

2016年1月25日 · The 6N6P heater uses only pins 4 & 5; pin 9 is an internal shield. The data sheet says 6.3v heater only. The JJ ECC99 uses pin 9 as a center-tap for the heater, and can accept 6.3v (2 heater sections in parallel) or 12.6v (2 heater sections in series).
