2011年12月2日 · The 7.62x53r has a .309 bullet, whereas the 7.62x54r has a .312 bullet. If you do shoot the 53r from a 54r gun, I would expect accuracy to suffer as the bullet is not large enough to seal completely in the barrel. Of course, this will also depend on the bullet construction.

2012年5月31日 · My Finn M28-76 that is intended to use 7.62x53R is a .299 x .308 bore. If your bore is bigger than don't use 308. As stated several times above, you have to slug the barrel to know. In his case the barrel is specifically marked 7.62x53R as well as the "D" marking. Granted I missed the "D" marking part in his OP.

2008年7月13日 · Well they are out of stock anyways the last time I checked it. As a matter of fact., I just checked and it is no longer even listed. The Finn designation for the ammo was 7.62X53R. I don't know why the 1mm difference for the same round from the rest of the world. I believe when it was listed they also had 7.62X54R in parentheses after the 7.62X53R.
